Contract analysis with AI
We developed a prototype that allows AI to compare contracts based on themes and specific articles. Differences between purchase contracts are analyzed and clearly reported in Excel. This method can be widely used for all article-based documents.
Automatic price monitoring via AI and visual recognition
Using an AI vision model, we built a solution that takes screenshots of websites and reads pricing information. The model understands the context of the data and can collect additional information. This principle is applicable for price comparison and other forms of web data extraction.
Automation of data extraction from tender documents
An AI solution was developed to extract relevant attributes from tender documents and place them directly in an Excel file. This saves manual work and enables automatic processing in information systems.
Product matching for tender analyses
Using an AI language model, we linked product data from an article file to products in tender documents. The AI finds the “best match,” which helps with efficient and accurate analysis.
CCategorizing data with AI
By using AI to automatically label safety incidents, we were able to develop efficient reporting and categorization. This concept is also used in purchasing data analysis by automatically categorizing suppliers and products with AI.
